<p>Para que o leitor entenda um pouco melhor pense em um carro, para gerar determinada quantidade de energia para completar determinada quilometragem seria necess&aacute;ria uma certa quantidade de combust&iacute;vel, no corpo humano o mecanismo &eacute; o mesmo sendo que o combust&iacute;vel seria o alimento.</p>
<p>A rela&ccedil;&atilde;o que a caloria t&ecirc;m com a gordura e os exerc&iacute;cios &eacute; a quantidade de energia na qual voc&ecirc; usa, quanto menos energia gastar, ou caloria, mais ter&aacute; gordura no corpo, gordura que tem quantidade determinada de caloria, quanto mais energia gastar, ou seja calorias, mais a reserva do corpo, que &eacute; a gordura ser&aacute; mais gasta e como consequ&ecirc;ncia a gordura some do corpo.</p>

<p><strong>Modo de Preparo</strong></p>
<p>Em uma panela derreta a margarina light e doure o frango. Acrescente a cebola, o molho de tomate, o catchup, a mostarda, o molho ingl&ecirc;s e o sal. Misture bem e deixe refogar por 15 minutos. Quando o frango estiver macio acrescente o creme de leite light e os cogumelos. Sirva com arroz branco.</p>

<p>Outro fator importante &eacute; a medida abdominal, que na mulher deve estar abaixo de 80 cm, sendo que acima de 88 cm &eacute; um risco aumentado de doen&ccedil;as cardiovasculares e diabetes. J&aacute; no homem esta medida deve ficar abaixo de 94 cm, sendo que acima de 102 cm &eacute; risco aumentado, isto porque na regi&atilde;o do abd&ocirc;men se localizam nossos &oacute;rg&atilde;os vitais, e com o aumento de peso h&aacute; um dep&oacute;sito de gordura no local.</p>
<p>Como tratar a obesidade?</p>
<p>* O tratamento consiste em reeduca&ccedil;&atilde;o alimentar, diminuindo calorias e aumentado a atividade f&iacute;sica, uma alimenta&ccedil;&atilde;o balanceada, com 5 ou 6 refei&ccedil;&otilde;es por dia.</p>

<p>A maioria das pessoas se alimenta mal e n&atilde;o o nota. Alguns comem em excesso, impondo ao organismo um excesso de trabalho que acarretar&aacute; profundo desgaste ao longo dos anos, resultando em muitas doen&ccedil;as. O excesso de comida, contudo, pode acompanhar-se de defici&ecirc;ncias sutis, extremamente comprometedoras, como a falta de fibra e a falta de certas vitaminas e minerais.</p>
<p>O “comil&atilde;o” geralmente ingere calorias demais e vitaminas, minerais e fibras de menos. H&aacute; quem ingira muitos alimentos assados, fritos e cozidos, sem ingerir quase nada de frutas e verduras frescas. Quase todos usam produtos industrializados demais, introduzindo no organismo quota perigosa de sal, a&ccedil;&uacute;car, aditivos qu&iacute;micos e gorduras. O consumo abundante de alimentos de origem animal como manteiga, carnes, banha, etc., pode elevar o colesterol no sangue pela ingest&atilde;o aumentada de gorduras saturadas.</p>
<p>O uso de doces, balas, refrigerantes, guloseimas, tortas, etc., leva o aumento significativo do aporte de a&ccedil;&uacute;car e aditivos qu&iacute;micos, o que pode ocasionar s&eacute;rios problemas, principalmente para os predispostos ao diabetes, &aacute; aterosclerose e &aacute; obesidade.</p>
<p>As crian&ccedil;as que usam muitas guloseimas, bebidas, sorvetes, etc., tendem especialmente a sofrer de m&aacute; nutri&ccedil;&atilde;o cr&ocirc;nica, mesmo que sejam “gordinhas”, porque estes produtos, falsamente chamados de alimentos, s&atilde;o muito pobres em vitaminas, minerais e prote&iacute;nas, contendo apenas calorias vazias.</p>
<p>A falta de atividades f&iacute;sicas, junto com o excesso de alimentos contribui para obesidade.</p>
<p>Acreditamos que o maior problema nutricional da humanidade &eacute; a m&aacute; nutri&ccedil;&atilde;o e n&atilde;o a desnutri&ccedil;&atilde;o, isso por causa da desorienta&ccedil;&atilde;o alimentar e da rotina do dia-a-dia das pessoas, onde n&atilde;o sobra “tempo” para comer adequadamente.</p>

<p>Uma alimenta&ccedil;&atilde;o desequilibrada causa uma s&eacute;rie de problemas de sa&uacute;de, entre eles: o aumento de peso ou a obesidade, doen&ccedil;as cardiovasculares, diabetes mellitus, colesterol e triglic&eacute;rides elevados, desnutri&ccedil;&atilde;o, anemia e alguns tipos de c&acirc;ncer.</p>
<p>Enquanto, no Brasil, pessoas passam fome por falta de condi&ccedil;&otilde;es para comprar a cesta b&aacute;sica, outros mesmo podendo escolher os alimentos para o consumo di&aacute;rio, escolhe apenas levando em considera&ccedil;&atilde;o o fator sabor do alimento e sua saciedade, sem se importar com o valor nutricional, quantidade de gordura, a&ccedil;&uacute;car, aditivos qu&iacute;micos e conservantes que contem.</p>
<p>Os alimentos sem valor nutritivos compat&iacute;vel com o organismo, que n&atilde;o suprem as necessidades e apesar disso ainda prejudica se ingerido com freq&uuml;&ecirc;ncia s&atilde;o denominados de “calorias vazias”, entre eles est&atilde;o: os refrigerantes, os salgadinhos de pacotes, as bolachinhas recheadas, os waffer, as balas, etc., s&atilde;o encontrados no pico da pir&acirc;mide alimentar e n&atilde;o devem ser incorporados na alimenta&ccedil;&atilde;o di&aacute;ria.</p>

<p>Um bom par&acirc;metro para a alimenta&ccedil;&atilde;o correta e equilibrada &eacute; se orientar pela pir&acirc;mide dos alimentos funcionais, ou seja, “alimentos que exercem fun&ccedil;&otilde;es importantes al&eacute;m da nutri&ccedil;&atilde;o”. Observando de baixo para cima, vemos:</p>
<p>- a base da pir&acirc;mide estimula a atividade f&iacute;sica di&aacute;ria e controle do peso corp&oacute;reo.</p>
<p>- os pr&oacute;ximos grupos os alimentos ricos em carboidratos complexos e gorduras insaturadas, s&atilde;o os alimentos que fornecem energia ao organismo para realiza&ccedil;&atilde;o das fun&ccedil;&otilde;es org&acirc;nicas e de sua movimenta&ccedil;&atilde;o;</p>
<p>- em seguida temos os alimentos vegetais ricos em fibras, &aacute;gua, sais minerais e vitaminas, s&atilde;o chamados de alimentos reguladores, pois regulam as rea&ccedil;&otilde;es qu&iacute;micas que ocorrem dentro das c&eacute;lulas ou material intercelular, s&atilde;o respons&aacute;veis pela harmonia do corpo, s&atilde;o as frutas e verduras, e destas dever&iacute;amos consumir 5 cores diferentes num total de 400g di&aacute;rias;</p>
<p>- depois, subindo um pouco mais temos as leguminosas e frutas oleaginosas, ricas em prote&iacute;nas, minerais, gorduras vegetais, prevenindo as doen&ccedil;as cardiovasculares e com importante papel antioxidante, com a fun&ccedil;&atilde;o de repara&ccedil;&atilde;o de tecidos.</p>
<p>- ap&oacute;s vimos &agrave;s carnes brancas e os ovos caipiras, ricos em prote&iacute;na, vitamina E e complexo B, importante no crescimento das crian&ccedil;as e manuten&ccedil;&atilde;o das c&eacute;lulas;</p>

No topo tamb&eacute;m encontramos os alimentos refinados e processados como o arroz branco, a massa, o a&ccedil;&uacute;car, e aqueles ricos em gordura saturada com as margarinas e manteigas, devemos ter crit&eacute;rios em seu consumo.</p>
<p>O segredo da boa alimenta&ccedil;&atilde;o, segundo Rita C&oacute;dova, &eacute; pensar que: “o consumo moderado nutri, o excesso ou a falta agride” nosso organismo.</p>
<p>Devemos comer de tudo, mas n&atilde;o comer tudo, obedecer a quantidades, combina&ccedil;&otilde;es, equilibrando a alimenta&ccedil;&atilde;o, n&atilde;o esquecendo que uma boa mastiga&ccedil;&atilde;o e o consumo de l&iacute;quido durante o dia ajudam na nutri&ccedil;&atilde;o adequada.</p>
